Once you have found a suitable property you will need to put down a holding deposit. This is equivalent to one week of the rental sum.
The total amount of the holding deposit is deducted from the monies you pay to move into the property at a later date.
If you pull out of the let or fail the referencing criteria the holding deposit is non-refundable. If the landlord were to pull out of the let then the holding deposit is returned in full.
