If you would like to reserve a property:

Please go to the nearest Hall's branch and submit a cash deposit of at least £300.00 for one person (rising by £50 per person thereafter). Please note: this fee will be non refundable in the event that you decide not to take the property or your references supplied do not meet the required criteria. The property will then removed from advertising and reserved for you until your move in date, whilst the referencing is being completed.

On your move in date,  the following will be payable, minus the initial holding fee:

One month's rent in advance
Six weeks deposit
Administration and reference charge (see below)

Hall's administration service includes:
Tenancy Agreement
Inventory/Schedule of condition
Taking all meter readings and informing the                     relevant utilities of your move in
(NB: The above is all compulsory)

Tenants Administration Charges|
The administration and referencing fee is £125.00 plus VAT per person.

There are no subsequent charges for tenancy renewals, routine inspections or advice. Upon vacation of the property there is a £50.00 plus VAT checkout charge which covers the cost of unlimited final inspections, a thorough inventory check, any negotiations with the landlord, administration of the deposit return and free reference letter for future lets. There is a £10 per day late charge for unpaid rent.
